Türk kahvesi, ince çekilmiş kahve çekirdeklerinin cezve adı verilen özel bir cezvede su ve şekerle birlikte pişirilerek yapılan geleneksel bir kahve(قهوه) türüdür. Köpüğü, yoğun aroması ve yavaş içimiyle tanınır. Misafir ağırlamada ve dost sohbetlerinde vazgeçilmezdir.
